Domisi is aware that at the moment Greece is subject to a great deal of media & press attention regarding its economy.
We would like to inform all our clients (and future clients) that as a company we are trading as normal. We are continuing to construct new properties and we are actively looking to purchase new plots to develop further projects.
Our clients can be assured that Domisi will continue to provide the same level of professionalism and quality as we have done for many, many years.
Dear friends,
With a new year almost upon us, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the continued support and co-operation that you have shown our company throughout the years. Our company continues to move forward, in both the development and sales departments. We have recently expanded our real estate department, where we will help our clients to sell their old properties to enable them to proceed with the purchase of a new property. As we do in all other aspects and procedures of operation within Domisi, we will as ever abide to the Greek law, and the real estate properties that we will promote will be legal and “clean”. Our company is not only trading reliably in foreign countries, but also in the local Cretan market. This has afforded us the opportunity to build good solid relationships with the local banking organisations giving us and our clients a number of advantages when dealing with the banks in the form of loans and mortgages for off plan houses. In 2010 we will continue to provide the best standards of workmanship and quality in all of our properties and projects. We will continue to show our human side as we have done for many years and we will be here to offer support in any difficulty you may face, be it personal or professional. For 2010 we will continue to introduce new ideas and products in the construction field. Domisi’s construction department will continue to have complete control of the developments so we can ensure that the excellent quality of manufacture is maintained. For 2010 we will also be re-organising our tourism department. We are currently having conversations with large world-wide tour operators and will not only work by simply publishing on different websites. Our company is one of the few companies that hold the necessary authorisation from the GREEK TOURISTIC ORGANISATION (EOT) to operate as a tourist office. The properties that we will build in 2010 will be environmentally friendly. Lately we have attended several seminars and we have been a part of development exhibitions in this sector. Every “green” issue has been looked into in great detail, from toilets and sinks, up to the installation of solar panel systems so that a property can generate its own electricity. We are also changing our ordering system and working with suppliers that are in tune with the “green” mentality and offer recyclable materials and products. Our company has the aim in 2010 to co-operate fully in any action concerning the protection of the environment and to do our utmost to retain the charm and character of this wonderful island. I wish you and your family a happy and prosperous 2010.
