For many years, Domisi Development has enjoyed an excellent working relationship with some of Greece's largest banks and we are proud owners of certificates of reference from two of these institutions.

We can arrange introductions for you to discuss your mortgage and financial requirements.

Mortgages of up to 60 % may be available against the purchase price of a property. Please remember that a mortgage only covers house purchase and cannot be inflated to cover such things as furnishings or taxes.

If purchasing a property through the Greek bank system, you will need the following documents:

Photocopy of your passport or ID
Photocopy of your last years earnings certificates.
Photocopy of your latest pay slip from your employer.

If a loan is already in force with another Greek bank, then a statement showing the current balance is required.

The bank requires from the developer plans of the house and also the building licence relevant to that property.

From the Notary the bank requires the contract that shows details of legal ownership of the property. On receipt of this the bank will then release the mortgage, which will then in turn be forwarded to the developer.
